We accept credit and debit card payments via Stripe, a leading PCI-certified Level-1 payment processor. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Discover, Diners Club, and JCB cards. There are no transaction fees from our end, although your bank may apply a fee according to their policy.

Confirmed reservations are eligible for a 48-hour grace period, during which they can be cancelled for a full refund. This grace period applies only to reservations made at least 7 days in advance of the participation date. Reservations made within 7 days of the participation date are non-refundable.

For booking amendments, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the start time. We will do our best to accommodate amendments, subject to availability and other practical constraints.

You will receive instructions via email and social chat applications such as WhatsApp, Messenger, Snapchat, WeChat, or Telegram within 24 to 48 hours before the start time of the tour or transfer. You can specify your preferred communication method during checkout.
